The rules for using the Ego Eimi site, application flow, and booking process.
Using the site or applying does not create a client relationship by itself. A real engagement starts only when terms are confirmed in writing.
Agreement To These Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Ego Eimi website, application form, booking flow, and related public pages operated by Ego Eimi LLC.
By using the site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information.
Website Terms, Not A Client Agreement
These Terms cover the website and application process only. Any build work, advisory work, or custom arrangement must be covered by a separate signed agreement, statement of work, order form, or written acceptance from Ego Eimi.
If separate written terms conflict with these website Terms, the separate written terms control for that engagement.
Applications And Diagnostics
You agree to provide accurate, current information when applying. We may accept, reject, pause, or cancel an application or call if the fit is not right, information appears inaccurate, capacity is unavailable, or the process is being misused.
Submitting the form or booking a call does not guarantee acceptance, guarantee a specific outcome, or create a client relationship.
Founder Build Cohort
Any cohort or capacity language on the site is for qualified applicants and must be confirmed before signing.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the site does not collect payment, sell a self-serve product, or require Ego Eimi to serve every applicant.
Your Accounts And Third-Party Tools
Ego Eimi builds around systems you control. Your cloud, data stores, calendars, business systems, logs, and alerts may live in your accounts.
Third-party tools have their own terms, billing, uptime, compliance duties, and support. You are responsible for your accounts, credentials, permissions, and lawful use of those tools.
Communications
By applying or booking, you authorize us and our service providers to contact you about your application, call, qualification status, and related Ego Eimi follow-up through email, calendar, CRM, and, where provided or permitted, phone or SMS.
You can opt out of marketing messages, but operational messages tied to an application, call, or active engagement may still be sent.
Intellectual Property
The site, copy, structure, graphics, screenshots, systems, frameworks, and Ego Eimi materials are owned by Ego Eimi or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
You may view the site for evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, resell, frame, reverse engineer, or use the materials to build a competing offer without written permission.
Acceptable Use
Do not interfere with the site, submit false or unlawful information, attempt unauthorized access, abuse forms or APIs, introduce malicious code, or use the funnel in a way that harms Ego Eimi, applicants, service providers, or the underlying infrastructure.
We may block access, discard submissions, or preserve evidence if we believe the site is being abused.
No Guarantees Or Professional Advice
The site contains marketing, educational, and operational information. It is not legal, tax, financial, employment, or compliance advice.
AI build outcomes depend on your systems, data, access, adoption, timing, and other factors outside a website's control. Any specific guarantee must be stated in a separate signed agreement.
Disclaimers And Liability
The site is provided as-is and as-available. We try to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free content.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ego Eimi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or application process.

We may update these Terms as the site, services, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest version.
