The legal entity is Ego Eimi LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Written notices go to the registered address, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. The work is done remotely for clients anywhere. Felipe Telles is the founder. Each Tech Team engagement has a named operator who is not the founder, plus a named secondary. We sign an NDA before we look at your code, your data, or your deal. Review the available delivery records, and discuss whether a relevant client reference can be arranged. The guarantees page explains the review checkpoint, delivery criteria and exit package, including the conditions and limits.

We fit established businesses with a material software dependency, nobody inside owning it and work to do beyond the immediate problem. We evaluate bought software as well as custom changes.
