What happens if we disappear.
Your company should be able to operate and transfer its technology even if Ego Eimi becomes unavailable. That starts with company-controlled accounts, a current record and a named secondary during the engagement. An exit promise is only useful when the underlying access and knowledge already exist.
01 / Continuity starts on the first day.
Your company controls the repositories, cloud, domains, data and credentials from day one. You own project-specific code, configuration, documentation, prompts, evaluations and deployment definitions as each milestone is paid. We retain our background tools and methods, with a perpetual, transferable license to anything embedded in your system.
The coverage agreement names a primary operator who is not the founder and a secondary. Confirm both appointments and their access before coverage starts. Keep the Operations Record available in a location the company controls.
03 / When Tech Team ends.
| Within 30 days | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Current code and system map | Understand the systems and dependencies being transferred. |
| Access inventory and vendor list | Identify account control, permissions, contacts and renewals. |
| Runbooks and data export | Operate, deploy, recover and retain the required information. |
| Open issues and roadmap | Continue from the known state with priorities visible. |
| Transition sessions | Answer the receiving team’s questions and record remaining gaps. |
Your right to use paid project work and the transferable license to embedded background IP survive the relationship. Third-party licenses and services retain their own terms.
04 / Check whether the plan works.
During the annual continuity review, verify company access, the record’s completeness, the secondary contact and restoration evidence. Ask whether an incoming team could use the documentation without relying on one person’s memory.
Delivery and operating records connect the continuity commitments to the checks performed for your engagement. See the Operations Record and the handover checklist.
