If the shipped system does not meet the signed acceptance criteria, we remediate it for free. That remediation is time-capped at roughly six weeks. New requests become a change order rather than free work, AI behavior is judged against pre-agreed evals, and delays caused by third parties are excluded. The criteria are written down before we build so there is no argument later.

Software is never finished at launch. The Engine is the ongoing engineering team you don't have in-house.
