Foundation in writing

Four to eight weeks with a fixed scope, price and deadline. The first two weeks are the review.

A decision checkpoint

If the review cannot show 10× the two-week review fee in value you agree is real, we return the deposit and stop. See the full guarantee terms. Read the conditions.

Control and ownership

You control accounts from day one and own project-specific work as milestones are paid. Embedded background IP has a transferable license.

A defined exit

When Tech Team ends, we provide the code, system map, access inventory, runbooks, data export and transition package within 30 days.

Who is responsible for your technology?

Felipe Telles is the founder of Ego Eimi. Each Tech Team engagement has a named operator and a named secondary.

The operator is the person the CEO calls: responsible for the roadmap, incident ownership, builders and agents, and the Operations Record. The operator is someone other than the founder.
