Case Study People development · Product build

Quoted at three months. Delivered end to end in twenty-four days.

A people-development consultancy needed the product it sells: assessment delivery, private participant reports, charting, dynamic PDFs and administration. Other developers quoted three months. Mark Philippe Mirasol assembled the complete production workflow with LimeSurvey and WordPress in one fixed-price engagement.

Three months of build time meant three months without a product to sell.

The consultancy did not need a survey form alone. It needed the entire commercial workflow: participant access, calculated results, private reports, charts, PDFs and an admin layer.

Behaviour-profile data also required a strict access model. A shared or guessable report link could expose one participant's profile to another.

LimeSurvey handled assessment capture; WordPress carried the product around it.

Mark integrated LimeSurvey with WordPress instead of rebuilding reliable survey mechanics from scratch. The platform calculates the profile, renders charts from the participant's results and generates the finished report as a dynamic PDF.

Each report is reachable only through its own token. The admin layer manages participants, access codes, assessment state and completed results.

Nothing was parked in a later phase: the participant journey, report delivery and operational controls all shipped in the same month.

Engineering note

The one-month timeline came from choosing a strong base, not deleting scope. LimeSurvey already solved the assessment engine; WordPress provided the surrounding product surface. Custom work stayed focused on scoring, access, charts, reports and administration.

Mark Philippe Mirasol Project partner · the build

The consultancy launched roughly two months earlier than the competing estimates.

All three milestones were completed and paid between 23 February and 19 March 2026: twenty-four days from start to finish.

The client received a live end-to-end assessment product instead of an initial phase. For a consultancy whose product is the assessment, that moved selling and delivery forward by roughly two months.

“What an absolute joy to work with you, and the project you delivered for us is amazing. This project was quoted as taking three months by others, yet Mark did it in one.”
