Three guarantees, with the conditions written down.
The review checkpoint limits the first decision. Milestone acceptance makes delivery checkable. The exit package preserves the ability to move. Each guarantee applies to a specific part of the engagement.
01 / Foundation: the two-week review checkpoint.
The first two weeks are the review. If it cannot show at least 10× the two-week review fee in value you agree is real, in revenue, cost or risk removed, we return the deposit and stop. If it can, we build.

Either side can stop at the checkpoint. The threshold is 10× the two-week review fee, using revenue, cost or risk removed that you agree is real. It is a review condition, not a guarantee that a projected result will occur. It never applies to Tech Team fees.
02 / Delivery: signed acceptance criteria.
Each milestone passes its signed acceptance criteria or we keep working at our cost, capped at six weeks. New requests are change orders. Legacy unknowns that were not visible during the review go through change control; they are not automatically absorbed.
Agree the criteria and acceptance owner before implementation. For an AI workflow, include evaluations of the output and the fallback needed when it fails.
03 / Tech Team: the offboarding package within 30 days.
When Tech Team ends, the full package includes current code, system map, access inventory, runbooks, open issues, roadmap, vendor list, data export and transition sessions. Company account control remains with the client.

04 / Keep exclusions and evidence visible.
Coverage does not include unlimited emergencies or features, 24/7 response unless purchased, third-party outages, organizational certification or business-result guarantees. Major builds are separate fixed projects. The written scope defines the response envelope and acceptance criteria.
