Services / Software BuildThe Forge · 4 to 8 weeks

Custom software, at a fixed price and a fixed deadline.

The Forge is the build. We design and ship the system we agreed on, in 4 to 8 weeks, for a price and a date set before any code is written. You own the repository, the docs, the prompts, the evals, and the deployment from the first line. It is built secure by design, and we judge it against acceptance criteria you signed.

01 / What the Forge is

A fixed-scope, fixed-price, fixed-deadline build that ends with working software in production, owned by you.

Most software work is sold by the hour, which means the price and the date are guesses and the risk sits with you. The Forge removes that. We agree the scope, the price, and the deadline up front, then build exactly that. The output is the agreed system, shipped and running, not a stack of invoices for time spent.

It is built for companies without a tech team. You do not need to know how to read code or manage engineers. One senior person owns the work, writes the tests, and answers to you in plain language.

What you own from day one

  • The full source code and repository history.
  • The infrastructure and cloud accounts.
  • The documentation, so your team can run it.
  • The prompts and evals that govern any AI behavior.
  • The deployment pipeline and the IP.

There is no lock-in and no platform you cannot export. If we part ways the day after launch, you keep everything and nothing stops working.

Secure by design

Security is the standard, not an upsell. We build the system to be audit-ready against a recognized framework, and we catch the vulnerabilities that AI itself tends to introduce while writing code. We make you ready for an attack. We do not, and cannot, promise you will never be attacked or breached. That honesty is the point.

02 / The delivery guarantee

If the build does not meet the acceptance criteria you signed, we fix it. Free.

The guarantee is bounded and written down, so both sides know exactly what it covers.

01

Free remediation

We fix anything that misses the signed acceptance criteria at no extra cost, time-capped at around six weeks after delivery.

Against the signed spec
02

AI judged on evals

Any AI behavior is measured against the evals we agreed before the build, not against a vague sense of "good enough".

Pre-agreed, written down
03

New asks are change orders

If you want something outside the signed scope, that is a change order with its own price and date. It does not blur the guarantee.

Clear line, no scope creep
04

Honest exclusions

Third-party delays sit outside our control and are excluded. We tell you that up front rather than burying it.

Bounded, insurable

One principle holds the whole thing together. We remove the technical and ROI uncertainty. We do not remove your business responsibility. The Forge guarantees the system does what we agreed it would do. It cannot guarantee the market.

03 / The process

Every Forge runs the same five steps, so you always know what is happening and what comes next.

  1. 01

    Scope

We pressure-test the idea, map the smallest version worth building, and agree the price and the date.

    Week 0
  2. 02

    Design

We design the product and the architecture together, so the build starts from a clear picture.

    Weeks 1–2
  3. 03

    Build

One lead, plus the specialists it needs, builds it in the open and ships working software every week.

    Weeks 2 on
  4. 04

    Launch

We ship to production, hand over the code and accounts, and make sure it holds under real use.

    Launch
  5. 05

    Run

We keep improving it in production, or hand it over clean. You own it either way.

    After launch

Want a salvage-or-rebuild call before you commit? Start with a software audit, fully credited to your Forge. Want us to keep running it after launch? That is the engineering team. Start a conversation or see how we build.

04 / Who the Forge is for

  1. 01

You have a clear thing to build, and no team to build it.

    • Founders and operators without in-house engineers.
    • Companies that need certainty on price and date, not a hiring project.
    • Teams that want to own the result, not rent it.
  2. 02

You value certainty over the cheapest hour.

    • You would rather pay a fixed price and know the date.
    • You want acceptance criteria in writing before work starts.
    • You want security handled as the standard, not an add-on.
  3. 03

You are a screened fit past the qualification gate.

    • A hard qualification gate sits before every Forge.
    • If a build is not the right call, we say so rather than sell it.
    • That gate is why the guarantee can be this firm.

06 / Common questions

What does a fixed-price software build actually cost?

The price is fixed and quoted in writing before any code is written, set during the Scope step against the agreed scope. There is no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. If you want a figure before committing, start with a software audit, which ends with a quantified scope and price. We reply within a day with a fixed price and a date.

How long does a Forge take?

Four to eight weeks, with a committed delivery date, not a range. We ship working software every week so you can see progress, and the launch date is set up front so you can plan around it.

What do I own when the build is done?

Everything, from the first line of code: the source code and repository, the infrastructure and cloud accounts, the documentation, the prompts and evals for any AI behavior, the deployment pipeline, and the IP. There is no lock-in and no platform you cannot export.

Can you build an MVP if I am not technical?

Yes. The Forge is built for companies without a tech team. You do not read code or manage engineers. One senior person owns the work, writes the tests, and explains everything in plain language. We map the smallest version worth building first, so you launch something real rather than a half-finished platform.

What does the delivery guarantee cover?

If the build misses the acceptance criteria you signed, we remediate it free, time-capped at around six weeks after delivery. AI behavior is judged against pre-agreed evals. New asks outside the signed scope become change orders, and third-party delays are excluded. It is bounded and written down so both sides know exactly what it covers.

Is the software secure?

It is built secure by design and made audit-ready against a recognized framework. Because AI does much of the building under senior judgment, we specifically catch the vulnerabilities AI itself tends to introduce. We make you ready for an attack. We never promise you will not be attacked or breached, and ongoing security-program ownership lives in our engineering team engagement.
